Sold my final batch of YNHProp today @ 1.95.  Now that I have fully exit YNHProp, my overall losses for this counter is at 4.42 %, after including the share dividend.  It's time for value hunting once again !

Sold another part of YNHProp @ 1.95.  This translates to a 5.3% loss.

Sold part of YNHProp - 23 February 2016

Sold part of YNHProp yesterday @ 1.90.  Been holding it for over a year and it has failed to perform.  Not to mention it's profit has dropped significantly.  This translates to a 7.7% loss without considering the bonus issue.

Received YNHProp Dividend - 30 September 2014

YNYProp declared a 2% single tier dividend at the end of June and were paid on 30 September 2014.  Please take note there is another dividend in the form of Share Dividend where one unit is given on every 130 units held. The ex-date for the Share Dividend is on 24 October and it will only be credited to your account (payment date) on 28 November 2014.

I just added more YNHProp into my portfolio, at the same price, 2.06.  I remained upbeat on this stock.

On a buying spree of late :) Today bought YNHProp @ 2.06.  Apologies for not posting earlier as I left my buy order in the morning and only manage to check my order status a moment ago.   This property stock has been doing pretty well in the past few quarters with steady increased of revenue.  Another sign of good upcoming quarter earning report is its owners/directors has been constantly buying since last month.  The next quarter earning report is expected to be released within the week.
