There is a long history behind Digistar. I bought it in Oct 2011 with an entry price of 0.405. After a few months, around July 2013, it shot up to around 0.64, which was about 50% profit at that time. 2 announcements were made at that time, one good and one bad news. The good news is Digistar is pursuing to move into Main Board listing. However, the bad news is one of the insider dumped huge lot of shares. I was reluctant to follow the major shareholder footstep and banking too much on the listing in Main Board. That decision cost me big time. Enough is enough. I finally sold it today at 0.30, which is 25.93% loss. Can't win it all, but it's a lesson learnt.

Sold Digistar-or - 18 March 2013
Digistar announced Rights Issue (RI) with Free Warrants on 27 Feb 2013. The ex-date was on 11 March 2013 and I received my digistar-or units on the 13th. Since then, it has continued to drop from its peak of 10cents to now 6.5cents. Seeing the troublesome process of buying the rights issue which will be converted into warrants, I have decided to sell it off. Current Digistar paper loss stood at above 30%.

Bought Digista today - 18th October 2011
The timing couldn't be better. Sold off 2 of my stocks yesterday and the market drop 28 points today. Not wanting to miss the opportunity even though there may me more to come, I have decided to accumulate some Digista @ 0.405. The price has been hovering between 0.4x for quite some time now and the company is making steady profit. There is also some rumours that the company is aiming to move from Ace market into Main Board. Furthermore, the owner and the company itself has been buying its own stock. With all these good news, the upside potential is there.
